\n \nPlease note, preorders are handled on a first-come first-serve basis. A Muse N Games does our absolute best to not oversell a preorder for a product. However with a product like Shadows of the Galaxy, we are limited by supplier allocations. We have been informed that we won't know our final product allocation until June 7th. In the event that we find out we have been allocated less product on the first wave then preorders we have accepted, we will be contacting affected customers, allowing them choose to either continue waiting for future waves or receive a refund. (Please note, debit refund transactions require a customer to be present with the original card used to pay for the order to process the refund. Online orders refunded via e-transfer are subject to a processing fee of $5 due to associated bank fees. If customers choose to wait for a later wave and then change their mind while waiting the order will be refunded to store credit only.) \n
