Shipping policy
Due to carrier pickup times most orders will ship within 1 business day Tuesday-Friday. Pre-ordered items will be shipped on the release date or within 1 business day Tuesday-Friday depending upon when the product arrives at our store as we have to receive it and then process all pre-orders, you will be notified when your item(s) ship. Please note that we are closed on Mondays so any orders placed on the weekend will go out by Wednesday.Â
Products that are shipped are final sale with the following exceptions:
- If the product is defective please reach out to us and we will co-ordinate with you, our suppliers and the publisher to ensure that you get a complete copy of the product.
- If your order is damaged during shipping please report it to us but also make note of the damage with the carrier when it is delivered as this is necessary for us to report a claim. Please include photos of the damage as well as any information provided to you by the carrier.
- If we ship you the incorrect item - please contact us within 2 business days and we will make arrangements to get you the correct product and co-ordinate the return of the incorrect item.Â
If you choose to pay to ship an item back to us as long as it is in sellable condition and is eligible for exchange or store credit (see our Return Policy) the value of the product and taxes will be provided in store credit. Should you wish to proceed with an exchange you would be responsible for any shipping costs on the new item(s).Â
