WHAT IS PRERELEASE?

Your very first chance to play with the cards from a brand-new set up to 2 weeks before the set is released!!!

Head to your favorite local Pokémon Play! Store (that's us!) to crack open some packs, build a deck, and try out all the exciting new cards and mechanics in a friendly, informal tournament.

Each Build & Battle prerelease kit contains:

A 40-card ready-to-play deck, including 1 of 4 unique foil promo cards
4 Pokémon TCG: Mega Evolution—Pitch Black booster packs
A code card for Pokémon TCG Live

Prizing:

All participants will received 3 boosters of Mega Evolution—Pitch Black as prizing, regardless of standing.

All players will require a Play! Pokémon Player ID.

If you do not have one, please arrive at least 10-15 min early to the event so we can help you create one. You can also create a Pokemon Trainer Account & Player ID at the Pokemon Trainer Club or on the new Play Pokemon Access app (on a smartphone or tablet) beforehand and bring the Player ID number with you.
