One Piece 3rd Anniversary OP-13 Prerelease Saturday Nov 1 @12pm

Entry Fee: $55
Event is hosting 24 players

Each Player will receive 6 booster packs of OP-13. After opening 6 packs, players build a 40-card deck, and a 10 DON!! card deck. There are no banned or restricted cards, and players can include as many copies of cards with the same card number as they like. (There is no 4-card limit and 5 or more copies of a card with the same card number can be included in decks.) Any cards left over from deck construction are treated as sideboard cards.

You may bring your own leader (including those from previous sets) to use in the event.
Please also bring 10x DON!! Cards to participate in the event.

11:30am - Check In
12pm -Player Meeting/Deck Building
1pm - First Round
1:30pm -Second Round
2pm - Third Round
**If there are 8 or fewer players, the event will end after 3 rounds**
2:30pm - Fourth Round
**There will be no top cut in this event, regardless of player count.**

Each Participant will receive 1x Oct-Dec Tournament Pack and 1x 3rd Anniversary Tournament 3 Brothers Pack (3rd Anniversary Leader Card + 1 of 3 cards at random)
In addition players who participate will also receive 1x 3rd Anniversary Tournament Pack
