If you participated in the Stolen Spirits Celebration Event on Sept 9 and would like to use the same character, please advance them to level 4. If you did not attend the Celebration Event or would like to use a new character, please bring a level 4 character created using the 2024 Player's Handbook and Arcana: Unleashed.

vremyonni, renowned for crafting powerful magical items. The second vremyonni has been taken to a place of arcane power deep underground. They are forcing him to create a Ring of Mind Shielding, intended to become part of a powerful artifact to help the Red Wizards dominate Faerûn.
