WPN Qualifier and Preliminary Qualifiers at A Muse N Games

Here is your opportunity to earn a spot in the Magic: The Gathering Player’s Tour! The top player of the WPN Qualifier will have the opportunity to play at a Series 2 event!
To play in the WPN Qualifier, players need to earn their seat by participating in one of 4 WPN Preliminaries. The top 8 players after swiss from each preliminary claims one of the 32 seats at the closed WPN Qualifier.
All events listed below will be run at Competitive REL (Rules Enforcement Level) and require a decklist. 

WPN Preliminary Qualifiers

Prizing

2 packs per player will be added to the prize pool in addition to the 8 invites to the WPN Qualifier which will be given to the Top 8 at each WPN Preliminary.

Swiss Rounds will be 50 minutes long and as long as we have more than 8 players it will be 5 Swiss Rounds. In the event we get exactly 8 players it will be 3 single-elimination rounds which will have no time limit. Following the completion of rounds prizing and invitations will be awarded. There will be no top cut at the Preliminary events.

WPN Qualifier

Event Date: Saturday March 28

Entry Fee: no entry fee, entry is by invite only by placing in the Top 8 in one of our Preliminary events

All players at the WPN Qualifier will receive 1 copy of:

In addition 2 packs per player will be added to the prize pool for the WPNQ. Prize packs will be awarded at the conclusion of swiss rounds.
The winner of the WPN Qualifier will be awarded an invitation to the Players Tour Series 2.
The qualified player can choose to play in one of the three Series 2 events listed below:

  • Players Tour Europe: Copenhagen on May 1-3
  • Players Tour Americas: Charlotte on May 8-10
  • Players Tour Asia-Pacific: Kitakyushu on May 9-10

Swiss Rounds will be 50 minutes long.
